Change Your Debit or ATM PIN Easily!
Members can now easily change their existing Debit or ATM PIN. Just follow these quick steps:
Call to Change Your PIN:
- Within the US: (866) 985-2273
- Outside the US: (531) 262-5314
Verify Your Identity:
- Call from the phone number linked to your account.
- Enter the last 4 digits of the PRIMARY MEMBER's Social Security Number.
For Debit Cards:
- Additionally, enter your card's CVV2 and Expiration Date.
Set Your New PIN:
- Follow the prompts to enter and confirm your new PIN.
Note: The process will end if your phone number, SSN, or card details do not match our records. A PIN can only be changed once in a 24-hour period.
