Important: Uninstall the old app from your phone before installing and logging into the new Hughes Mobile app.

Log in like you normally would or recover your username and password. Do not register as a new user if you have previously been enrolled in online banking with Hughes.

Brand New Users, Enroll Today!

  1. Enroll online at https://banking.hughesfcu.org or download our app.
  2. Select Enroll (mobile) or Register (online).
  3. Read our Digital Banking Agreement and Disclosure Terms. Accept and click Submit (online).
  4. Complete the Registration form and click Submit.
  5. Complete the authentication as part of the verification process.
  6. Enter a new User ID and Password, then click Register.
  7. Choose your Security Questions and enter your responses.
  8. Read our Online Banking Agreement terms. Accept and click Continue (mobile).
  9. Review your answers and select Submit.

Your enrollment is complete! Log in for the first time by visiting the Home Page online or on mobile.

Yes. Please uninstall the old Hughes mobile app from your phone and restart it before installing the new mobile app.

Do not register as a new user if you already have Hughes online banking. Sign in with your existing username and password and you will be guided through the upgrade process. If you have forgotten your username and password, click on "Forgot Password" to recover it.

Only create a new user account if you enrolling in online and mobile banking for the first time.

 

Yes. Active online and mobile banking user credentials will transfer over to the new system. Simply log in with your current credentials on March 10 and you will be guided through the upgrade process.

If you have not accessed your account in several months, then your credentials may not be recognized. Not to worry, you will be prompted to recover your account, we just have to ask a few questions first.

Yes. Your account information is the same for both. 

Be sure to set your browser preferences to allow pop-up windows for banking.hughesfcu.org. Some browsers, such as Safari, are set to block pop-up windows by default.

You can change your Account Nicknames by logging into online banking on your computer and clicking on the Accounts tab and the Accounts Summary page.

Click Edit next to an account you want to rename. Be sure to save your changes. The update will be reflected the next time you log into Hughes Mobile.

 

 

You can view up to 15 months of transaction history by going to Accounts > Account Activity.
 
In Accounts > Dashboard and in myHUB you will be able to see the past 90 days of your Hughes account transactions. Over the next few weeks we will be adding more of your transaction history, up to 15 months' worth.

The history of any external accounts you add is dependent on that particular financial institution's policy.

To access up to 15 months of transaction history of your Hughes accounts, log into Hughes on your computer and click on the Account Activity tab. To view, download or print previous statements, click on eStatements.

Hughes Unified Banking, or myHUB, allows you to sync your financial accounts in order to track, monitor and learn from your finances in one convenient, user-friendly site. By automatically cleansing, categorizing and classifying your purchases, you’ll be able to build your own budgets and set your own goals, all within the app.

You can add most financial accounts like loans, credit cards, investment accounts, 401(k)s, mortgages, student loans and so much more! Start by adding your accounts in order to get a clear picture of what your finances truly look like. We will help find opportunities to save, invest and refinance. 

The Hughes mobile app and myHUB are preconfigured to send you notifications about your account such as balances, deposits and payments. These can be email, text, or push notifications within the app.

You can adjust or turn off these notifications either via the mobile app or on your computer:

Desktop: Log into Hughes and click on the myHUB tab. Click on the gear icon on the right and edit the notifications.

Mobile app: Go to Settings >> Notifications.

First you will need to login to Online Banking, click on the Accounts tab and then click on Credit Card. Have your Hughes credit card number handy and register your card. You may view your credit card online anytime you are in Online Banking on your computer. Credit card online is not available on the mobile app at this time.

Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link at Online Banking to reset your password. You will be prompted to answer a security question and/or to authenticate via text or voice mail to confirm your identity. You can then reset your password.

For your security, we require a complex password. This password must be a minimum of 8 characters (maximum 32 characters). It must include the following: one or more upper case letters, one or more lower cases letters, one or more numbers, one or more special characters. Example: H9g43$Fcu.

Currently, our mobile app is only available in English. However, if you visit us online you can experience our website in English or Spanish.

On Mobile – Click on View All Accounts, then click on the “+” icon to start adding external accounts. 

On Desktop – On your Dashboard, click Add Account. 

You can search for a financial institution using the search bar. Click on the most popular options shown. You’ll be asked to enter your username and password for that institution. Follow the authentication prompts that may include text message, email or security question authentications in order to verify who you are. Once your account has been verified, you will see the account appear with your other Hughes and non-Hughes accounts.

For security reasons, our system will not allow you to create a password that is the same as the previous ten (10) passwords you have used.

You will be walked through a few security steps in order to access online or mobile banking. Please have your account number, date of birth and social security number handy. 

Click on Settings, then Profile Updates, and select the information you wish to update. Be sure to save your changes.

 

To view a copy of your canceled check, log into Hughes and search in Accounts > Account Activity. This feature is only available within Online Banking, not in the mobile app.

You may visit one of our branches or call the credit union at 520-794-8341 to place an order for the check copy(ies). Depending on the amount of research needed to complete your request, you may be charged fees – typically $3.00 per check and research fees are $15.00 per hour.

By combining all your checking, savings, loans, investments and mortgages in one place, our tools will provide you with budgets, spending breakdowns and a true in-depth analysis.

You can add external accounts (also called outside accounts) to myHUB using either your computer or the mobile app.

You can download your Hughes account transactions in both Quicken and Microsoft Money formats.
 
Log into Hughes on a computer and go to Accounts > Web Connect. Select the account and date range. Choose either "Download to Quicken" or "Download to Money."

Mobile App: Scroll to the bottom of the app's home screen and tap Message. Once within Message Inbox, compose a new message by clicking on the small envelope on the top right. Fill out the message details and click Send. Please include any attachments with your message.  

Online Banking: Click on the small envelope on the top right of the home page. Once within Message Inbox, click on Compose New Message in red. Once you've filled out the message details, click Send. Please include any attachments with your message.


eStatements

To enroll in eStatements, log into Hughes on your computer and click on the eStatements link. Once enrolled, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail.


Credit Card Online

To view your Hughes credit card online, log into Hughes on your computer and register your card by clicking on the Credit Card tab and following the instructions.
