  • Tu número de seguro social
  • Una forma válida de identificación (licencia/identificación de conducir de EE. UU. o pasaporte de EE. UU. firmado)
  • Información para financiar tu nueva cuenta (número de cuenta existente de Hughes, número de cuenta y número de ruta de otra institución financiera, o una tarjeta de crédito/débito)
  • Tu domicilio anterior (si tienes menos de dos años en el domicilio actual)
  • Si solicitas una membresía/cuenta conjunta, necesitarás la información del solicitante secundario

¿Cómo agrego un copropietario a mi cuenta?

Si desea agregar un nuevo propietario conjunto a su membresía existente, tiene varias opciones:

  • Use la solicitud en línea para agregar un propietario conjunto (la más rápida y fácil).
  • Vengan juntos a una sucursal y un representante de Servicios para Miembros puede ayudarlos. Asegúrese de traer dos formas de identificación, una de las cuales es una identificación emitida por el gobierno, como una licencia de conducir de EE. UU.
  • Llame al 520-794-8341 y solicite que le envíen el formulario por correo.
