Perform all aspects of funding new indirect lending loans from dealership partners. This would include new account opening for non-members. Review loan documents and validate computer entered data is accurate. Verify income, employment, housing expense, and other application data as required. Identify missing information and work with dealership partners to resolve funding delays. Follow established credit union policies, procedures, job-aids and checklists to ensure accurate funding processes. Fund at a pace established by credit union management. Identfiy any potential fraud or policye exceptions and report them to management in a timely manner. Provide the highest level of professionalism and support dealership partners. This position would not have underwriting authority. Properly organize, verify, and document new loan files. Accurately submit loan files via transmittal for loan tracking through proper and established channels. Provide backup support to the administrative area when needed or directed by management. Meet or exceed credit union goals as established by management.
80% Obtain necessary information for funding of indirect loans. Process and open new accounts. Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness. Ensure that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared, including the compilation and assembly of loan documents into files for record keeping.
10% Work with dealers directly to resolve held offering and MVD title issues.
5% At times assist the administrative staff with their duties.
5% Other duties as assigned.
