Role:

Track and forward Centralized Lending MVD document packages to Loan Servicing MVD department.  Track and follow up with members on missing MVD documents including power of attorney forms.  Timely response to escalation calls and web messages from Member Contact Center regarding online and telephone loan applications.  Weekly processing and submission of extended warranty purchases to vendor.  Review incoming online/telephone loan applications to update addresses and demographic information prior to funding.  Monitor all incoming Centralized Lending faxes and distribute them timely and accurate within department.  Direct support to the Centralized Lending Manager with special projects including; audit reports, ECOA error report, pledge loan hold report, credit card promotions, and employer/occupation report. This position would not have underwriting authority. Meet or exceed credit union goals as established by management.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

35% - Monitor and pre-screen online loan applications including escalation requests.

25% - Process, track, and follow up on all eSignature MVD title work from members.

15% - Respond and follow up on web messages from applicants.

5% - Process weekly extended warranty transmittal to 3rd party vendor.

5% - Route and track all inbound department fax traffic.

5% - Direct support of department manager on special projects and assignments; ECOA error report, Pledge Holds, CC Promos, Employer/Occupation Report.

5% - Update online loan applications to correct account demographic information.

5% - Other duties as assigned.

Expectations:

  1. Timely tracking of new loan files including submission to Loan Records.
  2. Timely tracking and follow-up of eSignature MVD title work.
  3. Identify and resolve escalation requests for online and telephone loan applications.
  4. Accurately process extended warranty transmittal to 3rd party vendor.
  5. Perform direct support to department manager and MSR's.
  6. Meet assigned service standards and production goals.

Experience:

Six months to two years of similar or related experience.

Education:

Equivalent to a high school education.

Interpersonal Skills:

Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside of the organization, that requires discretion to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the Credit Union and its members.

Salary Range: $12.40 - $15.50 Per Hour
