40% Provides confidential administrative support to the President. Composes letters and memoranda from dictation, verbal direction or from knowledge of organization policy or procedures; edits written communications from word processing documents. Coordinates Credit Union meetings and makes related travel arrangements for the President, Board and other staff within the credit union.
20% Manage building facility needs and coordinate equipment maintenance and outside vendor sales of supplies and services for credit union. Purchase of office equipment and supplies.
15% Screen incoming mail, telephone calls, publications, and other correspondence. Maintain daily appointment calendar for President.
20% Prepares or assists in the preparation of assigned reports. Provide administrative support to President in preparation of Annual Meeting, Budget, and Strategic Planning functions. Maintain and keep current Credit Union Board Policies, Board Package, Board Minutes, and supporting documentation.
5% Collects and prepares information for the President's use in discussions and meetings with Board of Directors, other credit union managers, employees and outside individuals.
To control and manage administrative and other assigned functions for the President, making it possible for the President to focus on other matters associated with directing the Credit Union. Participates in the general management of the Credit Union as a member of the Management Team.
