Overdraft Privilege Opt-In Notice

Overdraft Privilege is a service we provide to members for emergencies and is a convenience for our members. Hughes currently provides Overdraft Privilege for checks written and bills paid electronically from your account. Due to new federal regulation, Overdraft Privilege now includes ATM and debit card transactions. To opt-in to Overdraft Privilege for ATM and debit card transactions, click here. To opt in online you need to provide the Security ID from the letter you received.

Members will still be charged a low fee of $25 for each overdraft with the assurance of not having payments declined or checks returned with additional late fees or charges.
