Credit Report

Credit Alert®
Monthly updates informing you of any inquiries or derogatory information being reported to your file.

Driver’s Record
Access to total motor vehicle violations and points and dates by which points should be removed, including a Reciprocity Guide and State Coding System.

Social Security Record
Verification of the accurate deduction of Social Security benefits by past and current employers and your number of credits earned to date.

Medical Record Search
Health information used by insurance companies and any non-medical notations considered relevant to your health, plus an indication of companies who have examined your records.

Membership Materials
Your membership kit contains everything necessary to access all of your most important records: Your credit report, driver’s record, Social Security benefits, and medical information record. Your membership kit will arrive within 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of your enrollment request.

Automatic Verification
If you find any inaccuracies, outdated information, or signs of possible fraud on your record, PrivacyGuard provides user-friendly correction forms that must be mailed to the appropriate credit reporting agency to correct the report. If you send PrivacyGuard the Automatic Verification Form included with your report, PrivacyGuard will send you a follow-up report in 90 days to make sure corrections have been made.
