24-Hour Voice Response Telephone Transactions

All new members will be signed up for Voice Response. Conduct your own transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a touch-tone phone and a personal access number. Verify cleared checks, check your account balances, transfer funds from one account to another, make your loan payment, access your line of credit and more--all from the convenience of your telephone.

We’ve improved our Voice Response System to make it more convenient and easier to use.  Our Voice Response System has been providing FREE access to your Hughes FCU accounts for many years.  Now, with our NEW service you can enjoy these advanced features:

• Custom Call Flow – You will only hear options that apply to the accounts you have at the Credit Union, saving you valuable time.
• Voice Recognition – You now have a choice to use keypad entries on your touch tone phone or say “Voice” using your natural voice to access your account information.  It’s that easy.
• Increased Capacity – We’ve added additional phones lines.  Enjoy the benefits of increased capacity and access to your account information anytime.

 Our Voice Response System at (520) 889-HFCU (889-4328) will continue to remain available for a limited time.  Our new service, which is available by calling (520) 205-5555, will later be transferred to (520) 889-HFCU and there will be just one phone number to access your account information using our Voice Response System.
