First Time Users:
Click on eBranch Services, then “Login.” All Hughes Federal Credit Union members have access to eBranch Online Banking unless notified otherwise by the Credit Union. To sign on, you will be required to enter your Member Account Number and your previously established Voice Response PIN. You have the option to change your PIN at anytime. Please call the 24-Hour Voice Response System at (520) 205-5555 and the follow the prompts. You may also change your PIN online from the OPTIONS menu within eBranch Online Banking. If you need assistance, please contact the Credit Union at (520) 794-8341 or (800) 253-8245.
On first login, you must read and indicate your acceptance of the eBranch Online and Electronic Services Disclosure. Click “Accept/Continue.” A confirmation letter will be mailed to your address of record.
After accepting the Online Banking Disclosure, enroll in Bill Pay* by clicking on any of the Bill Pay menus items within our Online Banking service. You’ll enjoy the convenience of Online Banking and Bill Pay by logging in once.
* There is no charge for Bill Pay for up to 10 payments per month; each additional payment is just $0.50. Certain restrictions apply.

eBranch Online Banking Now has New ALERT Enhancements.
ACCOUNT ALERTS
Secure Message Entry - An alert is sent in real-time to notify members that they have received a new secure message.
Account Lockout
An alert is sent in real-time to notify members upon account lockout due to invalid multi-factor authentication answers or PIN/Password lockout.
PIN/Password Change Attempt
An alert to notify members upon an attempted PIN/Password change.
Transfer Amount - An alert to notify members upon a transfer above dollar amount designated by member.
Email Address Change
An alert to notify members upon an email address change.
Check Cleared Out of Sequence - An alert to notify when a check clears out of sequences and is posted to your account.
OTHER eBranch Enhancements:
Check Register
Remember Display Settings - The Check Register now supports the ability to remember your settings. If you check the "use check register" checkbox, it will remember to display this during history inquiry on subsequent history requests.
Display Outstanding Items
All outstanding manual items, even outside the date range requested will now appear within the history request. If any previous entries were not deleted, these will be shown, allowing you to delete these old entries to keep your account balanced.
Bill Pay
Enhanced User Interface - The user interface has been redesigned to make it easier to setup payments and manage them in a concise manner. The Payee List will include all scheduled payments for your convenience. Additionally, the payment setup process no longer relies on popup windows during the confirmation step, thus avoiding the necessity of allowing popups for the eBranch site.
